Creatively Re-Imagined Manager:

The Creatively Re-Imagined Manager will oversee and manage the CRI Vocational Rehabilitation program, ensuring that individuals with disabilities receive the necessary support and services to achieve their vocational goals. This role involves leading a team of CRI Instructors and collaborating with community organizations to facilitate successful employment outcomes for clients. The CRI Manager will also be responsible for program development, compliance with regulations, and maintaining high-quality standards in service delivery.


Duties include:


  • Program Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Vocational Rehabilitation program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of CRI Instructors, fostering a collaborative environment that supports professional development and effective service delivery. Current CRI Instructor activities include Cricut, Floral Arrangement, and Jewelry Making, Manufacturing, Photography, Sewing, and Woodworking.
  • Client Assessment & Planning: Conduct assessments to determine clients vocational needs and develop individualized plans to address barriers to employment and promote skill development.
  • Service Coordination: Collaborate with community organizations, employers, and educational institutions to create job placements and training opportunities for clients.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation: Implement tracking systems to monitor client progress and program effectiveness, adjusting as necessary to improve outcomes.
  • Budget Management: Participate in budget preparation and manage resources effectively to ensure the program operates within financial constraints.
  • Reporting: Prepare and promptly submit comprehensive reports on program operations, client outcomes, and compliance audits to upper management and external agencies.
  • Advocacy: Promote the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities within the community, advocating for inclusive practices in employment and training.
  • Community Integration: Oversee the implementation of community integration and/or participate in the activities scheduled; including transportation to and from scheduled outings. 

Qualifications:

  •  Experience in vocational rehabilitation or related services required, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of DODD laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, team members, and community stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
