Medina Creative Living I, II and III are our new housing models. These housing developments are Housing and Urban Development (HUD) 811 Supportive Living for Individuals with Disabilities. Medina Creative Living housing developments consist of thirty-four subsidized single and double garden style apartments which feature a host of conveniences that make everyday life rewarding for individuals with disabilities. Low counters, no thresholds, washer and dryers and accessible bathrooms are but a few of the conveniences that are incorporated into each unit.

These units are located close to shopping, services, supports, recreation and have a nightly activity program for the resident called our Resident Enrichment Program (REP).

We currently own and manage four locations with thirty-four subsidized single and double garden-style apartment units with a community room and recreation center.
