A comedy skit with a Spanish-language soap opera theme was part of a night of prizes, auctions and fundraising with more than 370 participants supporting Medina Creative Housing on Saturday night at Weymouth Country Club.

Sixteen people from the nonprofit agency’s residential units put on the show during the 10th annual event that was called South of the Border. Many attendees accepted the invitation to dress in ponchos, serapes, an Oaxaca or Chiapas blouse and other garments. The mariachi band Zelaya provided entertainment.
