Rain didn’t dampen the celebration Wednesday for Medina County’s newest apartments for people with disabilities.

Medina Creative Housing celebrated its 20th anniversary with a ribbon-cutting for four new apartments on Creative Living Way, which is off Grande Boulevard.

The event included a half-mile Independent Walk from the apartment units on Creative Living Way to housing units on North Huntington Street in Medina city.
