Medina Creative Housing plans to develop a therapeutic riding center and life skills training center in Medina with a little help from the county.
County commissioners have lent their endorsement to the project by agreeing to sponsor a $200,000 grant application for the project.
Sponsorship of the grant application will result in no financial obligation for the county but will help assure a favorable response to the application, according to the county’s economic development director, Bethany Dentler, who described the proposal to county commissioners
