WHAT IS THE TICKET TO WORK PROGRAM?

Social Security’s Ticket to Work program supports career development for people with disabilities who want to work. Social Security disability beneficiaries age 18 through 64 qualify. The Ticket program is free and voluntary. The Ticket Program helps people with disabilities progress toward financial independence.

HOW TO JOIN THE PROGRAM

  1. Call MCA for introduction to the TTW program
  2. Complete the Benefits Planning Query with your local Social Security office
  3. Recontact MCA when you have completed the BPQ form and determined that you wish to enter the TTW program
  4. Meet with MCA representative for career counseling and to complete an Individual Work Plan which is submitted to Social Security for approval
  5. Stay in contact with your representative as you progress through the process of getting back to work

Books & Brew Café

Medina Creative Accessibility has partnered with the Brunswick branch of the Medina County District Library to form the Books & Brew Café, which serves delicious, fresh brewed Creative Living Coffee and scrumptious sweets to both library patrons and the community.  This new venture has been a rousing success thus far so come out and visit us soon!
